julian greenwood dooley is a writer and artist from Lenapehoking - New York City. He is an alum of UCLA and will begin an MFA in fiction at the University of Iowa in 2026. He is an alum of the Dog Trot Residency and McCormack Writing Center fka Tin House's Winter Workshop. He has received scholarships to attend Kenyon Review's Summer Writers Workshop, 92NY, the Mendocino Coast Writing Conference, and Bread Loaf. He lives here and there with his giant beautiful cat.
