julian greenwood dooley is a writer and artist born, raised & working in Lenapehoking/new york city. he is an alum of UCLA and the warman school and will begin an mfa in fiction at the university of iowa in 2026. he attended mccormack writing center fka tin house's winter workshop in 2023 and 2026 and was the recipient of a dog trot residency in 2025. he has gotten into a couple other writing conferences and workshops but couldn't go because he usually has no money.
